Our Executive Director
Kymberly Smith
As the Executive Director of The Solution, Inc., Kymberly is passionate about helping women of color achieve stable employment and long-term success. She is committed to building a supportive and inclusive environment for all of the organization’s clients, and is dedicated to empowering them through compassion, community, and personal growth.
Kymberly is a graduate of Wilmington University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Development. She is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Management & Leadership, and has over two decades of experience helping individuals discover their purpose and take the next step in their careers and lives.
The Solution, Inc. is built on a foundation of compassion, community, and personal growth, and Kymberly is committed to continuing this legacy. Through her leadership, she hopes to inspire more women of color to pursue their dreams, and to help create a world where everyone has the opportunity to thrive and succeed.
