The Solution, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) faith-based, nonprofit organization that is dedicated to empowering women of color. Through our efforts, we aim to break down barriers and provide opportunities for women of color to thrive and succeed.
Vocational Training
Providing learning & development programs to unemployed and underemployed women of color to increase the hourly/annual wage.
Life Skills Training
Addressing the whole person – mind, body, and spirit. We believe that true transformation happens when women are empowered to grow in all areas of their lives.
Business Incubator
Individual entrepreneurs develop their businesses by providing a full-scale range of services
Contingent Staffing
Matching candidates with employers that not only meet their skills and qualifications but also align with their values and career aspirations.
Housing Solutions
We provide housing for women of color and their children with a holistic approach to homelessness.
Summer Camps
Providing seasonal camps for children on STEAM & sports camps.

Our Story
We believe in the power of empowering women of color. Our story began with a simple yet powerful idea – that every woman deserves the opportunity to achieve long-term success, regardless of their background. This idea led us to create a faith-based, nonprofit organization that is dedicated to providing women with the resources and support they need to thrive.
Our programs and services are designed to address the unique challenges that women of color face, including lack of access to education and job opportunities, and a shortage of safe and affordable housing. We offer vocational and life skills training, career & upskilling services, and transitional to permanent housing to help women achieve stable employment and financial independence. But our mission goes beyond just providing these services – we strive to create a community that is supportive and inclusive, where women can feel empowered and inspired to pursue their dreams. Through our efforts, we aim to break down barriers and provide opportunities for women of color to not just survive, but to truly thrive.
